Discover
We ask a lot of questions.
Before we design anything, we get to know you. Your business. Your audience. Your goals. Your challenges. What you like, what you don't, and what you want your brand or website to say about you. You bring the vision. We help turn it into a plan.
Explore
You see the ideas come to life.
This is where the fun begins. We develop creative directions using your actual content, imagery, brand, and ideas - not lorem ipsum and generic stock photos. You'll see real concepts on real screens, so you can react to something tangible. We explore two creative directions. You help choose the one we take forward.
Refine
We make it feel like you.
Once we've chosen a direction, we work together to refine it. Colours. Typography. Layout. Messaging. Interactions. The little details that turn a good concept into something that feels unmistakably yours. Your feedback is part of the process - not an afterthought.
Build
Now we make it real.
Once the design is approved, we build it. For websites, that means clean front-end development, responsive layouts, real-device testing, and accessibility checks against WCAG 2.1 AA before you ever receive a staging link. And because you've already seen the design, there are no big surprises waiting at the finish line. What you approved is what we build.
Launch
You get to see it go live.
Before launch, we walk through the finished product together, test the important details, and make sure everything is ready. Then it's time to put it out into the world. No disappearing act. You're there for the final stretch.
Take the keys
It's yours. Truly.
At the end of the project, you get the keys. Your final files. Your brand assets. Your website. Your repository. And a walkthrough so you know how everything works. You shouldn't have to call your designer every time you want to make a small change. Care plans are available if you want ongoing support - but they're never mandatory.
